DESCRIPTION
This vacation property has two waterfront cottages located in a quiet enclave of summer homes on the shore of Bell Bay with a scenic view of Lake Huron. It is a peaceful setting offering sandy-bottom swimming, a boat launch nearby, and is surrounded by a State Forest with a network of trails.
The 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage will accommodate up to 5 guests. Sleeping arrangements consist of two double beds and a pull-down futon. The 3-bedroom, 1 bath cottage will accommodate up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements include two double beds, one double with a single bunk, and a single rollout bed. Guests are responsible to provide their own bed and bath linens.
Amenities include ample, comfortable furniture, cable TV, Dvd player, and fully-equipped, eat-in kitchens including microwaves, & coffee makers. Groceries and paper products are the responsibility of renters. The 3-bedroom unit also has a washer and dryer.
Outdoor conveniences include screened porches, picnic table, barbecue grills and fire pit.
NOTE: Smoking is permitted. Sorry, we do not allow pets.
