$75/night $160/week-ends when available(Fri.pm-Sun.Pm). $100 advance Deposit for week/$50 for weekends.  Check in 3:00pm/ Check out 11:00am. Pets allowed (owner responsisble for cleanup & any damages).

Enjoy the sunrise over the lake in this unique boathouse where you can have your morning coffee while watching fish swim below your windows. Separate bedroom with queen bed, plus queen sleeper sofa in open living area. Two twin size blow-up mattresses also available for kids. Full bath with shower. Fully equiped kitchen with apartment size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric frypan, George Foreman grill & gas or charcoal BBQ grill available. Open living area with sliders to patio. Private deck & dock for your boat, plus shared deck & add'l dock for fishing. Fire pit & paddle boat included. Pontoon boat availble for add'l fee. Includes all Linens, TV, & DVD player.

Nearby restaurant/bars include Natahka Tavern, Blossoms Cafe, Jackies Place, Oak Grove & Irons Cafe. Dublin General Store (famous for all kinds of home-made jerky) with full assortment of groceries & hardware less than 50 mi. Just minutes from major West Michigan Rivers: Big & Little Manistee, Pere Marquette, Sauble and Tippy Dam for Steelhead, Salmon and Trout. Lake has excellent fishing for bass, blue gill, perch and pike with small boat access to Little Bass Lake. For gambling fans - Little River Casino within 45 minutes. 

Nearby FamilyaActivities include Ludington and Manistee beaches. Many great restaurants and festivals are fantastic summer tourist attractions, as well as the Irons Ox Market & Flea Roast, Baldwin Troutarama, Irons Cowboy Weekend and Blessing of the Bikes.  North country hiking trail access just 5 miles from cottage for mountain biking or hiking.
