DESCRIPTION:
This quaint 2 bedroom lakefront cottage is located just seven miles from Traverse City on beautiful Arbutus Lake #1. The resort has 306 feet of private sand beach with a boat launch and swimming rafts. A row boat with PDF's is included with the rental. The kitchen is fully furnished with coffee maker, microwave, toaster etc. The cottage sleeps 6 with a double bed in each bedroom and a double futon in the common area. The bathroom is a 3/4 bath. Linens or towels are not provided. A gas grill is provided for your convenience. There is a TV with DVD/VCR and cable included.
The rental rate is $750 per week with a $200 deposit. Check in time is 2:30 and check out time is 11:00. Pets are welcomed. No smoking inside please.
