Tucked into a mini White Birch forest is a beautiful vacation cottage with a Huge Deck overlooking the lake - so tucked in that a white birch clumb grows right up through the deck. Summer weekly rentals are Sun to Sun for $1800.00 although you may ask about our early and late summer rentals - during the extra quiet time ! The Cottage is available all year long to take advantage of all seasons and all reasons. There is no "beach" but there is a pontoon boat included in the summer that will take you fishing, swimming and picniking... There is a public island on the lake with a Sandy Swim area and Big Sand Bar. The lake is NO WAKE before 11 am and after 7:30 pm each day - to keep the lake extra quiet. The 459 acres lake is an "all sports lake" and good fishing lake -- just take a look at Tom Hugglers "FISH MICHIGAN" 100 Norther Lower Lakes - where he tells you how, when, and with what to catch all the fish in Spider Lake - blue gill, perch, all kinds of panfish and bsss, maybe even a N. Pike. Yes you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but there is easy access to downtown Traverse City, Fabulous Restaurants, Casinso, Wineries and more... Just ask !
