DESCRIPTION
We are a small "Mom & Pop" resort/motel located on Old-27 between Coyles and Whiteheads restaurants, just 1 city block north of M-55. Our property on the canal includes 10 motel rooms with microwaves, cable TV and phones; 2 cottages and 1 apartment with kitchens, microwaves, cable TV and phones that comfortably sleep families up to 5. Our outdoor swimming pool is open mid-June through mid-September and our 200 foot lighted fishing dock on the canal is open year-round, especially liked by fishermen with their own boats (Houghton Lake is known for it's fine fishing!). Yes, pets are welcome!! Our "neighbors" include 2 auto/boat repair shops, 2 bars, a delicatesan, a party store and a bowling alley with lounge, all within short walking distance.
